    Before starting the R3 Plan, all clients begin with a comprehensive 1-on-1 evaluation. This includes medical and injury history review, detailed assessment and discussion of goals. This evaluation helps identify root issues and created a personalized road map for your care.

    Phase 1- Reset

    The goal of this phase is to reduce inflammation and movement restrictions. We start by restoring motion, improving circulation and calming overworked tissue. Treatments include manual therapy, Winback TECAR Therapy, scraping and cupping.
