Join Dr. Campbell and Winback company reps for a day of complimentary TECAR Therapy.
TECAR therapy is a non-invasive technology that uses radiofrequency energy to interact with the body’s tissues and support the natural recovery process. At Ecotone, we use the Winback TECAR system as part of a broader approach to movement, performance, and recovery.
Why try TECAR?
People often try TECAR to experience:
Reduced muscle and joint discomfort
Improved local circulation and tissue temperature
A feeling of reduced stiffness and improved mobility
Support for recovery after training or physical activity
A relaxing, comfortable treatment experience
One of the unique features of TECAR is that the practitioner can work with different tissues and treatment modes while you remain comfortable and actively involved in the process. Many people describe the sensation as a pleasant, deep warmth, although treatment can also be performed at lower intensities when appropriate.
What makes it worth trying?
TECAR isn’t a magic fix—and it isn’t intended to replace exercise, rehabilitation, or appropriate medical care. Instead, it can be a useful tool for helping you feel better, move more comfortably, and potentially get more out of your recovery and performance program.
Safety & Contraindications
TECAR is generally well tolerated, but it isn’t appropriate for everyone. Treatment should not be performed over or in individuals with:
Implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers or implanted stimulators
Pregnancy, unless specifically cleared by an appropriate medical professional
Active cancer in the treatment area
Active bleeding or significant bleeding disorders
Acute infection or significant inflammation in the treatment area
Areas of significantly impaired sensation where heat cannot be appropriately perceived
Other implanted or electrically conductive devices when their safety with radiofrequency treatment has not been established
Potential risks include temporary redness, warmth, skin irritation, discomfort, or an increase in symptoms. Rarely, excessive heat or inappropriate application can cause a burn. A qualified practitioner should screen you before treatment and adjust or discontinue treatment if symptoms warrant.
Come experience TECAR for yourself and see how it feels.
